Return Refund Policy
About exchange
There is no return arrangement for Min Kee Ho’s products. Unless there are other return or exchange terms specified on individual product pages, all products are subject to Article 4 of the “Min Kee Ho General Terms of Service” in the “Terms of Service”. It is recommended that you read the terms on the product webpage carefully before ordering. However, if after receiving the goods it is found that the goods are damaged (excluding improper use or human damage), quality problems, omissions or wrong delivery, you can apply for a replacement, and the final decision will be made by the supplier to identify the product defects and It is the supplier’s decision whether to accept an exchange or refund.
Application for exchange procedure
If after receiving the goods you find that the goods are damaged (excluding improper use or human damage), quality problems, missing or incorrectly delivered products, etc., and you need to apply for a replacement, please fill in the “Return” form within 7 days from the date of receipt. Exchange and Refund Application Form” or submit a written application via email (please email to cs@minkeeho.com), indicate “Product Exchange Application” in the subject, and include the relevant order number in the content. Invoice or receipt, apply for return or exchange, product name and photo details, we will contact the supplier based on the information provided. Exchange application must meet the following conditions:
(a) The valid return or exchange policy applies;
(b) Complete and retain the original packaging cartons/bags when delivering or picking up the goods, and ensure that the product packaging is in the same condition as when it was delivered to you;
(c) unused and in the condition as originally sold, together with all parts and accessories supplied with the goods, including instructions, certificates, labels, markings, consumables, bags and boxes;
(d) The goods are returned to the supplier within the period specified by the supplier;
(e) Return or exchange together with the bundled gifts (if applicable)
Refund arrangement
If the supplier fails to provide product replacement, after the customer service department confirms the refund arrangement (“Confirmation Date”), the refund arrangements are as follows:
(a) If the transaction was paid by credit card, the relevant funds will be refunded to the credit card account where the transaction was made within 4 to 8 weeks from the confirmation date. Please pay attention to the monthly statement of your credit card.
(b) If the transaction is paid in cash at OK Convenience Store, the relevant funds will be returned to your account by bank transfer or check within 14 working days from the confirmation date.
We will not charge you a handling fee for refunding the relevant funds in any of the above forms. However, if the product that needs to be refunded has enjoyed a discount at the time of purchase (such as product combination discounts, merchant or brand discounts, etc.), the refund amount will be adjusted proportionally. If there is a need to make up additional money, it will be directly added to the refund amount. deduction.
Precautions
1. The return and exchange terms do not apply to any product that requires exchange or refund based on personal preference.
2. Product exchange is limited to one time, and no return or exchange application will be accepted after the exchange.
3. If the return or exchange is confirmed, the coupons used will not be returned.
4. Min Kee Ho reserves the right to handle unreasonable returns and exchanges and reserves the right to make the final decision.
